can't login in my alfresco instance

Dear guys, I have a problem with alfresco 5.2. run on cloud server.

Few days ago, instance SSD is full. I buy more space, but... I can't login login. Every users not work.

service status is ok.

Tomcat ok.

postgresql ok.

I try to reset Admin password, with:
