Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with this error please? I've search the forum and online but I haven't found a solution.
I get this error when I try to add a tag on a document:
Failure Could not create new item.
Logs:

This kind of error is curious and I am wondering if you have applied some 3rd party modules / customisations to your Alfresco system that may have messed it up. The actionparameter source type should not at all be involved when creating a new tag, unless the form configuration is changed from the defaults to cause new elements to be created in weird places. The inability to list tags may be related to a dysfunctional search / SOLR setup, but may also indicate other problems - without detail information about the error there (check the browser network tab and Alfresco / Share logs), it is hard to tell.
Thank you for replying. We don't have any customisations. Searching also works fine. There is nothing in the share logs. This is the only thing I've found that looks like is closest to the error I'm getting. Unfortunately I'm not very experienced with Alfresco and I don't know where to find and change the bits mentioned in this post.

Thank you for pointing us in the right direction, upgrading the SOLR docker image has fixed the issue.
