I want to extend or customise the alfresco-rm-enterprise.js

I am facing an issue with current alfresco-rm-enterprise.js as classification done is conflicting with other customised share js used for viewing in simple and detailed mode. Its an error of try and catch not used while adding renderSecurityMarksBanners. How can I do this customisation?
