Does alfresco enterprise support installation in JBOSS and oracle DB manually. Is there any documentation on how to install.

Supported Platforms and Languages can be found by performing a quick Google... JBoss was supported in older versions. Oracle DB still is, even though I often see quite severe performance issues at customer (with any of the commercial databases).
