Folders Permissions

I created a folder in the companyHome, i can add some content from a java code only when the admin is authenticated.
I tried to give allUsers ADMINISTRATOR_AUTHORITY using PermissionService, but i get this error always when I run it.
Caused by: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Can not find ROLE_ADMINISTRATOR

this is the line of code to give permissions I used .

permissionService.setPermission(folder, username, PermissionService.ADMINISTRATOR_AUTHORITY, true);
