Connection error after login

After our users log in initially, Alfresco displays these error messages below. For some users it shows a message and for others another message.

The problem started suddenly this week. We checked our servers and there was no unavailability.

We don't know what to do to solve it, can anyone help us?

The exception says that it had run out of memory. You should try to increase the memory allocated to the Java Virtual Machine in the startup of alfresco.
