Permissions on Folders and Filese are not affected
I use Alfresco Community Community - 5.2.0 (re21f2be5-b22) on on Win2K8R2
Create Site
Create User Group Writers, Readers
Set Site Consumer for Group Readers and Site Contributor for Group Writers
Go to Document Library and Create Folder
Set Locally permissions as: Readers ad Site Consumers and Writers as Site Contributors
But
User from group Readers cant delete files from this Folders

Why?

Because that user from group Readers is ADMINISTRATOR or is OWNER for that document/folder.
