How to correct this error "Could not load 'global-folder' template"
Which Alfresco version are you using? That looks like a somewhat outdated release (prior at least to 4.2/5.0)...
I have never had this kind of error, so it would be good to know, what you changed with regards to the system before you got that error for the first time.
this was because I upgraded from version 5.2 to version 6
