How to stop splitting Inbound SMTP email into 3 files ?

When a file comes in through SMTP it is splitted into 3 files (text, html & attachment). How to stop this?

I would like to have just 1 file per email.

Edit: Another issue is that it extracts all attachments into the same folder, how are you supposed to know where the attachment came from?
