Hi guys,

Is there any way to allow a third party system to import documents from Alfresco?

The scenario is that: a client keeps a document into alfresco system and once a week they need to upload this document to a third party system which process this document information. By now, what they are going to do is download the document from Alfresco and than upload to this second system.

What I would like to do is ease the process so that the user could be able to upload the document from Alfresco.

Or something similar... Any thoughts are welcome.

Basically its not the regarding only alfresco it depends on the third party system as well.

Third party system should have an api to upload a document in the system.It can be either cmis/rest api.There are multiple ways to achieve this in alfresco.For example if you want to export only single document you can create custom action and make it available on document and by clicking on that this document will get exported in third party system.

There might some tools available for this as well.But it depends on your third party system.
