Importing data from alfresco 5.2 to alfresco 7.3.1

Hello,
We are currently running Alfresco Community 5.2 in a production environment, and we would like to upgrade to Alfresco Community 7.3.1. For this purpose, I have created a testing environment where I installed Alfresco Community 7.3.1.

I would like to export data from the first instance (Alfresco 5.2) and then import it into the new one. To do this, I exported the following folders and files:

How can I upload these files to the testing server? I’m new to Docker.

I understand that you want to upgrade. You need to use docker volumes.

But if you are new to docker: don't start using it for a production migration for many reasons:

• docker compose images released by Hyland are not meant for production environments (docs)
• you need to create your own docker images with your internal security policies
• how images and volumes works, are hard to catch completely as a beginner

I've tried the same once, and it took me one month using docker instead the usual 3 days via zip installation.
