Issue with search for certain users

Hi there,

We have an issue in our Alfresco community instance.
4 users searching for the exact same text in share. Only two out of the 4 users get results.
All 4 users are system admins and belongs to the exact same groups and are all managers in the respective site.
I can create a new user and add them to the site and that test user can find the text just fine but for me and another user it just doesn't work. We even fully reindexed solr and nothing. I can't see any errors in the solr or alfresco logs when clicking on search. Another weird thing is when you paste the text in the search box, the live search works and I can see the exact document where the text exists but then I click enter to where the search page comes up and no results in Repository, All Sites or the specific site.

Community docker installation with Alfresco and share 7.3.1 and solr 2.0.5.1.

I have tried so many things and I cannot figure out whats wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @angelborroy, I followed the steps as provided however after the reindex the search didn't work at all. I first had to copy the file's contents while the containers were running, stop the containers and mount the file to the solr container, uncomment the properties as per the link and delete the indexes and then restart the container so solr can do a reindex.

After the reindex was complete, I could still not find results and even the new user I created who could find results prior to the change could not.

Thanks for the suggestion though. Maybe the issue I have is unrelated.
