Hi everyone,

if you are interested to Meeting Management Services, today at 3pm BST we will show ZoomPlus solution built on top of APS with some new extensions and Tasks dedicated to manage Zoom meetings, invitations and attachments for giving a new way to users to design their own processes with meeting needs directly in the APS editor.

Attachments can be automatically stored in APS or in ACS (using the out of the box Alfresco Task) with GDPR compliance metadata and management. We also have a dedicated microservice for general purpose integrations .
