when process in Gateway, how could i get A 、B、C decision
A simple way would be to store the decision of A, B and C in a process variables and evaluate them on the execution flow after the exclusive join (gate) that you have created. note: your process will wait for everyone to complete their task (take decision) before it can eval which way to go.
