How to show the delta (changes) on a form (task) in the audit log?

Hello!

I did a process flow that we get address info of a customer and show into a form.

On this form we can edit the address and save.

The problem is that on the audit log we can't see what the original info (variables) were. Is there a way to configure/do that?
