Dynamic workflow task labels

Hello,

does anybody know how we can change labels and text on Share UI and workflow task forms dynamically?

We are interested in the creation of localized resource bundles in Repository/Data Dictionary/Messages (or some other place) and when we change the values inside, these values to be displayed on workflow task UI forms.
