How to exit from Parallel Gateway with out completing the all the User Tasks
Please elaborate the requirements and needs. Why would you want to exit out of a parallel gateway?
Is that because the process can end from any of those parallel paths? If yes, an end terminate event on all the parallel paths can do the job for you.
A use case summary along with your BPMN xml will enable others to help you here.
