On completing the task do we still have the option to edit the form in activiti
To summarise our private conversation, I think the form entries can be passed into the process instances as variables so you can use them in future tasks so you could get at the data by reusing the form in another task but not go back to the completed task in a out of the box way (though you can access the data it created in your own custom java code if you want to)
