How to get count of current activities of ProcessInstance??

As you see in above process activiti diagram there are three Task:

1. Handle vacation Request

2. Adjust vacation Request

3. Send confirmation mail

I am using following code:

   long count = taskService.createTaskQuery().taskName("task_name").count();

Above code gives only active manual task count.

What i want:

1. I want to fetch count of processes that are in handle vacation request task and others
2. Is there any way by i which i will fetch the current activity of process instance

I am able to fetch all task but Is there anything in API to get these details.
