Is it available some form of APS license only for developers?
If you're a partner or part of a project which is using APS then I'd recommend contacting support. Otherwise I think your options are the 30-day trial (Download Alfresco Process Services | Alfresco ) or the community edition. If you go the trial route then you could contact support when the trial runs out.
