I want add File Upload function in Activiti-Modeler. Which method is the simplest?

Which modeler?There are currently 3 modelers:
original eclipse modeler
KissBPM Modeler in current Community edition
Angular modeler in Community V6 and Enterprise.
All currently support import of a bpmn model, but perhaps you need something else.

The Modeler available in the activiti-explorer2 sample application in 5.xx versions after 5.12 I believe include a Web based modeler based on a now defunct effort at one time called KissBPM.
5.2 did not include said web based modeler and to be honest is over 10 years old and you should consider upgrading as much has changed.
