Run FixedACLUpdater manually?

Hello, does anyone know how to manually run the FixedACLUpdater job? I do not see that job on my scheduled jobs list in the admin console. I have attempted to configure in alfresco-global.properties, but still not working. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
