Human task Listener questions

Hi forum,

I'm using human tasks, with a create listener.

Now this listener calls a Java class that generates an variable. I would like to populate a global variable with this task variable.

How can I do this? I don't see any result mapping.

Variables are by default global (ie process instance scope) in Activiti.
