Customizing the Save form in Activiti Modeler

Hi Gyus,
Am a newbie in Activiti Modeler, I have some more information (Meta Data) to save together with my design process, i want to save them in a mysql database. My question is how can i customize the save form of the activiti modeler webapps to allow me add some fiedls?

To put it more clear.
I am working on a process model repository. I want to integrate my repository with Activiti-Modeler editor (which is similar to Oryx editor). In the modeler, once some one design a process and want to save, a "Save Form" pops up for capturing some information about a process. I want to edit the Form so that I can capture more annotation (metadata). The challenge I am facing is where to find the Form in the source code so that I can modify it.

The Modeler is BPMN 2.0 only. Activiti specific extenions are not supported there.

Can you put it more clear. I cannot understand the way you have explained. Do you mean that the Activiti-modeler cannot be customised or it can be done with some other means.

I will appreciate if someone can suggest an alternative way. I have a project which need some more information to be added together with the process designed and these information should be kept in a MySQL DB.

The modeler can be customized, but it will require javascript coding.
We haven't done it, so it's up to someone else and hopefully they'll want to share the code.

So the download is BPMN 2.0 only - the Activiti extension can't be configured through the Modeler.
