web-client.jar contents

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew as to why there is a difference between the web-client.jar files in the 1.4 community release and the 1.4 enterprise version.
I have noticed I do not have a classe called UploadcontentServlet in the community version and was wondering if this relates to licensing / intentionally reduced functionality or whether I picked an incomplete build.

Thanks,
W

The contents of the 2 jars should be the same. You should certainly have UploadContentServlet in the community version.

Thanks for the reply. However I just checked the jar files and looked in alfresco\WEB-INF\lib\web-client\org\alfresco\web\app\servlet in the community release for 1.4 (alfresco-community-war-1.4.0) and it isn't present whereas it is in the 2.0 community release(alfresco-community-war-2.0.0).
Perhaps I have an incomplete download? Although I have downloaded it twice from sourceforge.

Apologies, I thought you were referring to UploadFileServlet, not UploadContentServlet!

UploadContentServlet was indeed an addition to 1.4 enterprise, this was introduced to fix some issues a customer was having.

As per our policy, that then got rolled into the community version for 2.0.

So, no, you don't have an incomplete build of 1.4 community.
