Hide Data Dictionary from non-admin users.

Hello I would like to ask You the following question. How would You hide "Data Dictionary" from non-admin users? I want it to disapper from the web client as well as from CIFS and WebDav folders. A very important issue is how for example: removing read permision fromm certain users on Data Dictionary will affect functioning of rules etc.. I mean a case when a user creates some content what fires a rule executing JavaScript code. JavaScript files with procedure logic are stored in Data Dictionary / Scripts. Do You think that removing read permision from users on Data Dictionary would break my rule running JavaScript located in Dd/Scripts? Greetings,

I think users need Read permissions on those folders to access scripts and templates within those folders. So for the moment they can't be hidden - the Readonly permission is of course protecting the folders from being modified and deleted by non-admin users, but they are still visible.

You can do this, but it is slightly time consuming.

All you have to do is revoke permissions on the Data Dictionary space for the non-admin users, then grant them read-only permissions on the spaces containing the scripts and templates.
This way they won't be able to see the Data Dictionary space but will be able to run the templates or scripts.
