Erro ao inicializar o Virtual Server

Olá,
Pretendo começar a utilizar o Alfresco. Instalei a versão Community 3.2 que baixei do link (http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Download_Community_Edition).
Após instalação, foi criado os atalhos:

Alfresco Share
Alfresco Web Client
Alfresco Website
Start Alfresco Server
Start Virtual Server
Stop Alfresco Server
Stop Virtual Server

Para iniciar o serviço utilizei Start Alfresco Server, e recebi a seguinte mensagem:

Em seguida executei o Start Virtual Server, e recebi a seguinte mensagem:

Porém, fica em loop exibindo essas mensagem acima e não inicia o tomcat.
Mantive as configurações default do instalador.
Instalei em Windows Vista.

Pesquisei sobre esse problema no google e no fórum da Alfresco (inglês), mas nenhum dos posts resolveu meu problema. Já tentei reinstalar diversas vezes, reiniciando minha máquina e nada.

Alguém pode me ajudar?

1-[Start Alfresco Server]
Você precisa iniciar de deploy (=desempacotar) do Alfresco para que seja incializado os outros aplicativos, ira abrir uma janela do MySQL e  da JVM-Java iniciando o Tomcat (c:alfrescoalf_start.bat).
Após todo o deploy ira aparecer no final da tua janelo dos server started, ai sim voce poder usar o Alfresco no [Alfresco Explorer].
