En un cliente tuve que hacerlo y, si no recuerdo mal, tienes que hacer 2 cosas:
- Desarrollas la tabla-vista adaptada a tus necesidades: Customizing document library views | Alfresco Documentation (aquí más info)
- Como admin la configurarla para verla a nivel de repositorio.
De hecho, mirando en el código fuente viene lo siguiente:
