After following the instructions on http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Install_Extension_without_a_Compile_-_Plugin , and installing from extension-jcr-rmi-1.0.0-src.zip I'm getting the following error …

INFO: Deploying web application archive alfresco.war
17:08:30,735 ERROR [web.context.ContextLoader] Context initialization failed
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanDefinitionStoreException: Cannot register alias 'NamespaceService' for bean name 'namespaceService': it's already register

To be more specific about the installation process I've following the steps ..

Installed an AlFresco instance from scratch using AlfrescoCommunity-1.4-Setup.exeStarted it up once, logged in ensured the installation.copied jcr-rmi-1-impl-classes.jar and extension-jcr-rmi.jar to $TOMCAT\webapps\alfresco\WEB-INF\libcopied the folder config/alfresco/extension to $TOMCAT\webapps\alfresco\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\extensionstarted rmiregistryrestarted AlFresco

Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? I am somewhat out of my depath and should be most grateful,

M.
