Ich habe über google und auch so leider nicht gefunden, kann mir einer sagen wo Alfresco hochgeladene Dateien speichert?

aber die Dateien sind als .bin gespeichert

Ja, per Default werden die Daten dort abgelegt.
Du kannst den Speicherort aber über die Settings in der Datei ../tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco-global.properties ändern.
