Is there some type of schedule available on Hyland Community or announcement made/email sent out to PaaS customers as to when versions of our modules/services will be upgraded by the PaaS team (e.g. when will be upgraded to ACS 7.2, when will our ADW be upgraded, etc.)?
Hi Monica, Our PaaS teams work directly with customers to notify them when upgrades are available and plan accordingly on their behalf. They are integrated into our release engineering methodology during each release train cycle and once we've announced GA (general availability) on a release they perform more tests before discussing with customers. If you have specific queries on release availability for your enterprise deployment, would recommend you discuss with your CSM, TAM or the PaaS team directly.
