Same way i can import images to workflow, is there a way to export images from workflow back to a file server?
Hyland had a program / process to assist us in exporting Images from ImageNow along with their corresponding metadata. We had tracking spreadsheets to manage the process. Next, there was additional steps to set it up for DIP processing into OnBase. Hope this helps.

thanks jen. Do you know if this was a out of box service such as Output service or was this something written customized?
it was custom; reach out and we can schedule a meeting for explanation if you want. 1. we modified a query based on the folder or targeted export 2. ran a process (hyland created) (it kicked off 5 .bat processes) and moved the targeted items into a "document export 1-5"; 3. the export process (run 1 at a time) to export to a local directory. if you have items in all 5 exports; you need to rename your file structure accordingly as each time the process is ran it will use the original folder naming. each export process contained a file with metadata and corresponding file name. we modified this file as needed to match our DIP process for import. hope that wasn't too confusing. happy to discuss further.
Thanks Jen. did you get to see what was running inside the bat file? was there an intool command running a "...js" program name?
