Only one language works.

After added the language pt_BR in the folder messages, Alfresco is always login in with the same language, independent if was selected the language X or English in the combobox login, the UI is always in pt_BR.
There are all the files *_pt_BR.properties and the files *.properties into the folder messages.
What could it be?
