With Alfresco 1.3.0 on Windows XP SP2, I have access to the Alfresco repository through CIFS, and am able to read, create, rename files sucessfully. But editing a file, and saving it causes an idle period of about 90 secs. During this period, the explorer.exe process is frozen and nothing seems to move (nearly no CPU consumption). Finally, the save operation ends succesfully.Strangely, this happens only when editing files on CIFS folders on the same machine the Alfresco server runs on. When accessing CIFS folders remotely, everything works fine.nbtstat -n gives :Local Area Connection:
Node IpAddress: [0.0.0.0] Scope Id: []
No names in cache
Wireless Network Connection:

I adapted file-servers.xml to my network<broadcast>255.255.255.0</broadcast>
and tried changing this element<Win32NetBIOS api="netbios"/>
without success.Any idea of a possible cause of the problem ?Regards, Denis
