StandardVersioningService.setInitialVersion

Nuxeo folks - regarding the setInitialVersion method of the StandardVersioningService class - the method does not take policy ordering into account on document creation as the retrieveMatchingVersioningPolicy method does on document update. So it seems policies could be applied in a different order on create than on pre- and post-save...
