I am facing this issue to start nuxeo 6.

your problem may be due to the fact that Nuxeo Platform 6.0 is installed under a path with spaces, which corresponds to https://jira.nuxeo.com/browse/NXP-15982 You may have to edit your nuxeo.conf file, which is located under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Nuxeo\conf, with the recommendation described in this paragraph.
