Rule engine?

activiti-admin

Hi there,
Before all, I'm really eager to try Activiti, and will do so in the next days

I have a question to ask you:
What are your plans about rule engines?
I've used until there drools rule engine with
drools-flow and jbpm4.

Do you have the intention to support it in the future?

Keep going like this! I've seen a demo screencast on Joram Barrez website. It was… sexy!

Glad that you liked the screencast!

Regarding your question: integrating with a Rules engine (eg Drools), is definitely in our vision.
However, unless something spectacular happens productivity-wise it will not be in there for the 5.0.

i think it must be possible to get it in before the 5.0.
joram will just have to work harder 😉

Go go go Joram!
if you can do this before the 5.0 version,
I take the engagement to post you some chocolate to the address of your choice!
