Display text without html tags in datalists

I created a custom datalist, where a field use richtext in the form (the field allows to have bold, italic, etc). It works well in editing view but, in the main datalist view, it's plain text with html tags which is displayed… I add a picture, to be sure of being understood.
Anyone have a solution ? I must had a control template for the "description" field in the datagrid view ? If yes, which one ?

If it helps, I solved my problem by modifying the datagrid.js file. When you have the part with switch/case, I put this code inside :

After that, rich text saved in the forms is displayed in plain text without html tags in the main datalist view.
