Best Practices / Lessons Learned?

Dear All,

is there a report/publication on Best Practices / Lessons Learned concerning the implementation of Alfresco?
Report based on a case study etc.?

I'm writing one and would like to know if others did this already.

Thanks and best wishes,
Kristina
