Making a folder read only

Hi,

Does any one knows where can i get the source code of the "New Folder" link given in Alfresco dashboard. I want that whenever i create a folder in alfresco, it should check for a articular name and make that folder read only if name matches. Any help would be appreciated.

One eay to do that is through a policy or a rule. That's a better approach than hacking the create new folder code.

Thanks for replying. That can be a way sure and easy also. But i want it a UI level change. So, is there any other way like changing or mdifying through share-config-custom file.
