[Why]Variables in e-mail template using rule aren't replaced

Hello, everyone.

We're using Alfresco Community edition 4.2.

I wanna send e-mail when file is uploaded into alfresco share.

So, i config rule,
Execute Action is sending e-mail.
and
mail contents is default template "notify_user_email.html.ftl"

When we upload file into this folder,
e-mail sent from alfresco system.

but, variable(ex. ${shareUrl}) is not replaced.

Why not?

Tell me how to replace that value.

Edit alfresco alfresco-global.properties and set settings below and restart your alfresco server(not share server,unless they share the same server).

#share.context=share
#share.host=${localname}
#share.port=8080
#share.protocol=http

or you can use JMX to set these settings
