Alfresco full backup and incremental backup

Hello All
I faced a vital problem,the problem about alfresco database,solr,file system,backup,I download a script,but during the backup,it's look like failed always,the error occur line 53 and line 55, the script in the incremental_backup file,Any one faces the some problem?Any one can give me a good idea?thank you very much!
What's more,I found that the full backup always fail,Some one know why?Any one can give me a good solution?thank you in advances!

looks like the curl call is failing for some reason. You should post your error message.

Alternatively, there is a tool called BART which is gaining acceptance for backup and restore of Alfresco: https://addons.alfresco.com/addons/alfresco-bart-backup-and-recovery-tool
