Our company plans to use Alfreso for its new product. We are looking at options of setting up our development center in India or Egypt.
Can you please let me know the availability of skilled professionals in these 2 countries ie . India and Egypt.
I can't speak for "skilled". One primary question you should provide an answer first is: Do you plan to use Alfresco Enterprise or Alfresco Community Edition? For Enterprise Edition you may want to talk to an authorized Alfresco partner. Otherwise the Order of the Bee is collecting information about freelancers and service providers in its professional services network, but so far we have none from Egypt/India right now (the network is based on self announcement / registry). Other than these sources you may have to default to simple web searches or known freelance sites.
Hi Srilekha,
Apart from authorized Alfresco partners and/or Order of the Bee members, there are quite a few companies (like us) who are good in Alfresco development esp with Community product. Many of such members are active in this community as well. The developers are also Alfresco Certified Engineers, who have good understanding of standard Alfresco practices.
Thanks,
Rahul
