Do you want to combine the home folder that already exists in the file server with the home folder inside Alfresco?
I have installed the samba. Creates a home directory for users.
Then this server I installed Alfresco. Alfresco has created its users' home folders.

Alfresco will create its own folder structure, and it knows nothing about your Samba folder structure.
