Hello Everone,

I want to work with alfresco "simple workflow", but I wish that approvals can be made in batches of documents (multi-document approval), not going to pass one by one. Is this possible? I have reviewed the book "Alfresco 4 Enterprise Content Management Implementation", google and forums but have not found a solution or workaround.

Out-of-the-box in alfresco you can start workflow on a content.
If you want to start a workflow on a group of documents together, then in that case - you should have all the documents you want to be a part of approval process inside a space and start a workflow on that space.
Customization will be required to achieve your requirement.
