No of tags that can be applied to a document

ankurkhandelwal

Hi all,

I am using Alfresco 3.4.5 edition.

Is there any limit to no of tags that can be applied to a document in Alfresco.

If I am using more than 20 tags while uploading tags my operation gets timed out.

The document gets posted in the repository but certain permissions do not get applied to it due to this.

Request for urgent help.

Regards,
Ankur Khandelwal

Hi Ankur,

I do not think there will be any such limitation on the number of tags applied and even if there is it should not affect the permissions in any case.
