In Alfresco enterprise 4.1.1 it is on line 2626 in documentlist.js

html = '<span class="item">' + label + this.msg("details." + dateI18N + "-by", $relTime(dateProperty), Alfresco.DocumentList.generateUserLink(this,
properties.modifier)) + '</span>';
