Cant change name and some aspect values with Javascript

Hello All ,

I have created javascript, which changes the name of the document and add some predefined aspect values to that document . I have created rule , on document upload event to  execute the javascript .

it works with admin account but not working with other user Even other user has coordinator permission on the folder.
It throws "Failed to create content: 04211123 Access Denied. You do not have the appropriate permissions to perform this operation." exception.

I am not getting whats the problem , the scripts run well with admin account.

Issue is solved , user were not having any access to the script, When I gave users consumer permission on Script folder under Data Dictionary , I was able to change name as well set values to aspects.
