WCM installation in Alfresco 4.0.d

Hi,

I am using alfresco 4.0.d and i want to install WCM. I have seen in some site, AVM deprecation warning. If AVM is not advisable what is the other solution for using WCM in latest versions.

How can i create WCM Projects and Webforms in Alfresco 4.0.d.

Yes, AVM is deprecated. If you would like to still use it, just grab the wcm-bootstrap-context.xml file from an earlier version and drop it into $TOMCAT_HOME/shared/classes/alfresco. You should be able to find that file in the source tree, or use the old 4.0.b download page.

With that said, you should at least take a look at Web Quick Start to see if it meets your needs.
