Internal Server Error 500 after few Restarts

Hi@all,

i'm testing Alfresco 3.4e CE on a Client with Windows XP.
After few Modifications and Reboots, i get the Error-message

Tomcat Error - 404
The Requested Resource /alfresco is no longer available.
Apache Tomcat/6.0.29

Anybody with the same problem or solution?

thank you for your quick reply.
I modified the following:

- one more link in titlebar
- modified dashlet myspace
-> that worked till now

today i modified the content model, i wanted to add my own meta data. After restart i receive message "http status 404 - requested resource is not available"- In Tomcat Manager the Alfresco Web Client has not started, and i can't start it manually…
It seems, that after every restart of the Alfresco-Server / My Client the start of my Alfresco Explorer Webinterface fails. Alfresco Share works

There are two errors of concern in the above log.

The first is that port 50500 is already bound. This is normally caused by trying to start alfresco while it is already running. Or another program may have grabbed that port and be using it, in that case you need to find out which other program is interfering and stop it.

The second error is can't find the sites folder. That is normally caused by someone renaming or deleting that folder.

Can i manually repair the error concerning the sites folder without new installation of alfresco?

Deleting the Sites Folder was my fault, i'm testing Alfresco for my fun and wanted a clear structure without "Sites" in the navigation bar.
